We are located at 31-I Lincoln Street, Cebu City, Philippines 6000, and are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM.

We offer gold and jewelry buying, gold and jewelry valuation, jewelry trade-ins, repairs, restoration, and modifications.

03 · How do you determine the value of my gold?
Gold is assessed based on factors such as purity, weight, and prevailing market conditions. We aim to provide a clear and straightforward valuation before proceeding with any transaction.

04 · Do you buy gold jewelry and other gold items?
Yes. We assess gold jewelry and other qualifying gold items and provide an offer based on the item's assessed value and current market conditions.

05 · Do you accept damaged or broken gold jewelry?
Yes. Broken, damaged, or unwanted gold jewelry may still have value. We can assess the piece and explain the available options.

06 · Can I trade in my old jewelry for another piece?
Yes. We offer jewelry trade-in options, subject to assessment and the terms of the transaction.

07 · What jewelry repair services do you offer?
Our repair and restoration services include jewelry soldering, polishing, clasp and chain repair, and other jewelry-care services depending on the condition of the piece.

08 · Do you offer jewelry modifications?
Yes. Depending on the piece, we may offer ring resizing, engraving, stone setting, and other modifications. Each item is assessed first to determine what can be safely done.

09 · How long do jewelry repairs and modifications take?
Please allow up to 14 days of lead time for jewelry repairs and modifications, depending on the type and complexity of the work. We will provide an estimated completion date when your item is accepted.

10 · Do I need an appointment to have my gold or jewelry assessed or repaired?
Appointments are not necessarily required, but messaging us ahead of your visit is recommended, especially for repairs, modifications, or larger items, so we can better accommodate you.
